The onsen was warm and clean, providing a relaxing experience. Despite being a bit far from the city center, the hotel is conveniently located near Kashiwa and Tokyo stations. The staff was kind and I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We stayed at a hotel that was a bit far from the train station, but the large room and comfortable bed made up for it. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the onsen. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast, though not extensive, offered a good selection of Japanese and European dishes. we were satisfied with the facilities and room advantages.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff spoke good English and were very friendly. The room was small but clean and had all the necessary facilities. The bed was comfortable, unlike other accommodations I've stayed in. The public bath on the 2nd floor was small but not crowded in the evening.

This hotel is a gem for those who appreciate a peaceful atmosphere. the rooms are spacious with excellent amenities, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. the friendly staff always go the extra mile, ensuring guests have everything they need. the breakfast buffet is abundant, with a mix of European and Japanese dishes to cater to all tastes. Although located a bit further from the city center, there are transportation options available that provide easy access to the surrounding areas. the hot springs are a must-visit, offering a serene and calming experience.
There may be some noise disturbances from other guests in certain rooms, but overall it doesn't detract from the otherwise excellent stay.

The hotel offered great amenities such as a spacious and quiet room with everything we needed. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby transportation options. We also enjoyed the relaxing onsen facilities after a long day of exploring the area.
The area was lacking in dining options particularly in the later hours of the evening. We also had some issues with the air conditioning system which made it difficult to have a restful night's sleep.

The hotel was a great choice for my Easter break. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from, and the free parking made everything easy.
Although the hotel offered a good stay experience, it is located a bit far from the central area. So if you're looking for a location with easy access to Tokyo's hottest spots, this may not be the best option for you.

The hotel provided a romantic and cozy atmosphere that was perfect for my escape with my partner. The spacious room and clean facilities made our stay comfortable. Additionally, the onsen was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby area. The proximity to the train station was also convenient for day trips to surrounding areas.
Sadly, the selection of food choices during breakfast was limited. However, the location of the hotel was not too far from other areas that did offer more dining and entertainment options.
